Photo Makeover - Did you know you could use Powerpoint

PowerPoint goes beyond creating presentations.  By using its tools, you can give your photos a makeover.  Students can travel around the world with a click of a mouse and more.  In this session, participants will learn the different productive tools that PowerPoint offers to edit photos by creating outstanding images. 

Google Forms - It is not just for assessments

Google Forms can help in collecting RSVPs, run a survey, or quickly create a team roster with a simple online form. Then check out the results, neatly organized in a spreadsheet. In this session participants will learn about interesting ways in using Google Forms.

Scratch - Code Your Classroom using Scratch

Scratch is a free programming language and online community where you can create your own interactive stories, games, and animations.  Participants will have the opportunity to explore coding through scratch.

Digital Playground-Let's play and explore!

In this session Teachers and Paraprofessionals will be exploreing wonderment with Digital Creativity.  Fun and reative hands on activities with the following apps: Kahoot, Mobi, Recap, Green Screen by DoInk, Google Cardboard, Aurasma and more! 

Holograms - Can you DIY?

Have you ever imagined creating images that are not only three-dimensional but show objects from different angles? Now it is possible, you and your students can create holograms.  In this session, participants will create a hologram by using provided technology and their creativity. 

Google Classroom - Google it, you'll be amazed with what you can do in this classroom.

In this session participants will learn on how to save time and paper to distribute assignments, communicate and stay organized. Google Classroom is a free web-based platform that integrates your Google Apps for Education account with all your Google Apps services, including Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Calendar. 

Quizziz- a fun multiplayer classroom quiz

Get your students excited about learning! In this session you will learn how to create and make awesome multiplayer quiz games, both in class and at home. 

Recap - Lights, Camera, Action...A Student Video Response System

Using a web browser, teachers create and assign questions to a student, a group of students or the whole class through a web browser. The Recap app prompts students to respond on video. They use the Recap app to record and submit short video responses and quick self-assessments.  In this session, participants will learn to create an account, assign a respond video and record a recap video themselves. 

 

 

 

WebTools - Easy, free and fun webtools for your classroom

Smore, Padlet, Toodoo, and Wordle are some of the webtools that will spark learning in your classroom. Participants will walk aways with some of the best of the web to share with their colleagues and students.
